Jakes Burgers

Since 1989, Jakes Burgers has been serving up Texas-made burgers and building a loyal following along the way. So when the beloved Dallas-based restaurant announced plans to expand to Waco, CRECON was honored to partner with the Jake's team to bring their iconic brand to Central Texas.

With the space previously serving as another restaurant, CRECON helped transform the existing facility into the neighborhood burger destination Waco customers have come to know and love. From adapting the space for Jakes' unique brand and operational needs to coordinating the details required to bring the restaurant experience to life, CRECON provided the local expertise and project leadership needed to keep the expansion moving forward.

With the Jakes ownership team based outside of Waco, CRECON's local presence, market knowledge, and hands-on approach helped bridge the gap between ownership and construction, ensuring the project was successfully delivered from concept to completion.

CRECON is proud to have played a role in introducing a Texas favorite to a new community and helping create a place where friends, families, and burger lovers can gather for years to come.
